The Office of Economic Development is excited to support our local entrepreneurs through the Small Business Resource Program. This initiative is designed to provide valuable resources and training to help small businesses thrive in today's competitive market.
AI for Small Business: In February and March, we hosted two insightful workshops on Artificial Intelligence, exploring how small businesses can leverage AI technologies to enhance their operations, drive growth, and build ideas.
HR Compliance Webinar: In June, we held a comprehensive webinar on Human Resources Compliance, offering essential guidance on navigating the complexities of human resources regulations and ensuring that businesses know how to remain compliant.
Access to Capital: This July, we provided training focused on Access to Capital and Capital Readiness, equipping small business owners and entrepreneurs with the knowledge and tools needed to secure funding from a lender to start or scale their business.
Digital Marketing: Join us for our three-part digital marketing webinar series this fall! We hosted a Social Media Strategy workshop for small businesses in September. We will also be holding sessions on leveraging AI in your marketing campaigns in October and on Search Engine Optimization/Digital Presence in November.
