- Ordinances: The Neighborhood Beautification and Shopping Cart Ordinances were adopted by the City Council to enhance the appearance of our community. On January 1, 2025, the City of Milpitas adopted the Solicitation Ordinance prohibiting unwanted visitors from intruding upon residential property in violation of properly posted signs.
