About

The Milpitas Community Concert Band, now in its 31st season, is comprised of musicians of all ages and experience levels rehearsing together weekly and performing family-friendly concert programs and appearances at City special events. Under the direction of Jeff Yaeger, the band performs a wide selection of marches, musical theatre selections, classics, transcriptions, and forgotten gems.

Get Involved!

New performers are always welcome! If you play flute, clarinet, oboe, bassoon, saxophone, trumpet, French horn, euphonium, tuba, or percussion instruments, there's a place for you in the Milpitas Community Concert Band. Musicians must provide their own instruments and should be able to read music and play at an intermediate level or above. The Band rehearses on Thursdays, 7:30-9:30 p.m. at the Barbara Lee Senior Center, 40 N. Milpitas Blvd. Annual registration for musicians is $36. Qualified low-income Milpitas residents can receive a discount through the Milpitas Assistance Program.
