This whimsical five-panel mural is inspired by actual photographs from Milpitas' history, many of which can be seen in Images of America: Milpitas by Robert Burrill. Scenes in the panels include Smith’s Corner, the Southern Pacific Railway, Winsor Blacksmith Shop, the Pashote Building, and the Ford Motor Company Assembly Plant. This portable artwork will be on display at various indoor and outdoor locations in the future.
