Milpitas Arts & Culture Grants
Milpitas partners with local nonprofit groups to create a more vibrant cultural arts scene in Milpitas by offering these groups opportunities to host performances, workshops, exhibits, lectures, and other culturally enriching activities, rent-free at City-owned facilities.

Milpitas Community Concert Band
The Milpitas Community Concert Band is comprised of musicians of all ages and experience levels rehearsing together weekly and performing family-friendly concert programs and appearances at City special events.

Milpitas Community Choir
Welcome to the Milpitas Community Choir! We are currently in the developmental phase and actively seeking a Choir Director and an Accompanist to help bring our vision to life. If you possess experience and a passion for both music and community, we strongly encourage you to apply. The first round of application reviews will begin on August 21.

Milpitas Community Theatre
Milpitas has expanded its longtime theatre program to welcome performers of all ages and offer a wider variety of productions.

Mural Program
In 2021, the City of Milpitas introduced its Mural Program to promote murals throughout the city and actively engage residents, community stakeholders and property owners in the process of creating new works that celebrate the history, diversity, and aspirations of the community.

Phantom Art Gallery
The City of Milpitas’ Phantom Art Gallery provides local artists of all ages, experience levels and mediums an opportunity to show their work at gallery locations at the Milpitas Community Center and Milpitas Library.

Public Art
Milpitas has a growing Public Art Program, which includes a new Mural Program, collection of artworks in City facilities and parks, and a percent-for-art program which encourages art in private development and donations to the Public Art Fund.
