The Milpitas Police Department recognizes that fostering workplace diversity is essential for mirroring the diverse community we serve. Our workforce is comprised of sworn and professional staff members from a wide range of backgrounds, which encompasses various races, genders, ethnicities, cultures, and experiences. This diversity enhances community trust, improves communications, and creates a comprehensive spectrum of viewpoints into our law enforcement strategies. Through this commitment, we can aim to achieve heightened inclusivity, equity, and efficacy in our mission to safeguard and serve our community.
