Employee/Labor Relations works to promote a positive relationship between the City of Milpitas and its employees. Human Resources negotiates Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), oversees and ensures compliance with all MOUs, provides guidance on grievances, complaints and disciplinary issues and ensures fair and consistent treatment for every employee.
