How can I find affordable housing?

  1. Bay Area Affordable Housing Portal - In order to make the hunt for affordable housing easier on renters, the Bay Area Housing Finance Authority launched an online portal with affordable listings across the nine-county Bay Area. This tool is meant to help renters find and apply for affordable housing. When you enter the portal, you will be prompted to provide renter specification details. The site will then present you with a selection of openings matching the renters' specifications and will help you through the online application process
