Michael Silveira has been selected for the City Engineer position effective on Monday, March 25th. Michael was chosen after a competitive recruitment which was conducted by the firm Wendi Brown (WBCP). Michael's been with the City for over seven years originally hired as an Associate Engineer and has spent the last four as the CIP Manager. Prior to joining our organization, he worked in the private sector with BKF Engineers for many years as well as other firms. Michael possesses over twenty years of design and project management experience and has a BS in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University.
