Stratford School – 25 Corning Avenue: Conditional Use Permit and Minor Site Development Permit to operate a new private elementary school and to allow a square foot 2,383 building addition on a 1.5-acre lot. The existing 30,000-square foot building would be expanded to 32,383 square feet to allow up to 576 students. The school will include a multi-purpose hall with an attached green room and platform, administrative block comprising of offices, conference room and a work room, and breakroom for teachers, 19 classrooms, external play areas, parking and other site improvements.
CEQA: The project is categorically exempt from further environmental review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) and Section 15332 (In-Fill Development projects) of the CEQA Guidelines.
