Cancellations and/or Changes to Milpitas Recreation and Community Services Programs
- Milpitas Community Center CLOSED.
- Milpitas Sports Center CLOSED.
- Based on the Santa Clara County Public Health Department’s guidelines protecting the community from the novel coronavirus, we are taking additional steps to prioritize the safety of our Sports Center participants.Effective Saturday, March 14, the Sport Center will be closed for all activity. For members that have monthly or yearly packages, we will put your membership on-hold, effective Saturday, March 14. Your membership will be extended for time equivalent to the facility closure.We are not aware of any confirmed cases in the Center’s membership, staff or volunteers. Nonetheless, while we are closed, a deep clean of the Center will be conducted.
It is anticipated that the Sports Center will be back open on Tuesday, April 7th. However, the City will be continually monitoring the situation and will update the public on any changes to this date.

Case Manager appointments will still be available over the phone only. Any interruption to paid classes and/or trips will be refunded to the participant.We are not aware of any confirmed cases in the Center’s membership, staff or volunteers. Nonetheless, while we are closed, a deep clean of the Center will be conducted.
