Project Description: A General Plan Land Use and Text Amendment, Zoning Map Amendment, Conditional Use Permit, Site Development Permit, Tentative Map, and Environmental Assessment to allow the construction of up to 206 new residential units and other site improvements on a 6.69-acre lot located in the MP Industrial Park Zoning District at 1355 California Circle. The project consists of five (5) three-story townhome buildings, ranging from 1500 to 1850-square feet, eight (8) four-story condo/flats, ranging from 1450 to 2000-square feet, and a six-story below market rate apartment building
CEQA: An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) will be prepared pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The City is requesting identification of environmental issues and information that you or your organization believes should be considered in the EIR. The City is also conducting a scoping meeting for the Project as further described below. Once the review is complete, the document will be available for public review on the City’s website

All interested parties are invited to attend the public scoping meeting to assist in identifying issues to be addressed in the EIR. Attendees will have an opportunity to provide input to the City of Milpitas and consultant team preparing the EIR.
