  2 SUSHI KING RESTAURANT – 74 Ranch Drive – P-MC16-0004:

A request for a minor conditional use permit to allow for beer and wine sales in an existing restaurant. This project is categorically exempt from further CEQA review pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines.

  3 WAREHOUSE EXPANSION- 1000 Yosemite Drive - P-MS15-0107:

A request for an addition of 6,020 square feet of enclosed warehouse addition with and addition of 4,325 square feet of exterior canopied areas. The project also proposed an addition of two loading and unloading docks for truck access. This project is categorically exempt from further CEQA review pursuant to Section 15301(e) (Existing Facilities)
