NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION
City of Milpitas
Marylinn Dr. Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project
Project No. 6115 & 6116
Southwest Pipeline & Trenchless Corp. will rehabilitate the sanitary sewer main (via pipe lining) on Marylinn Drive
from Penitencia Street to Heath Street during the week of July 30, 2018. The work will take approximately one week
to complete. Work Hours are 7am to 7pm, Monday through Friday; however, the sewer pipe lining activities may
require continuous work around the clock to complete, so there may be construction noise at night.
The City of Milpitas and Southwest Pipeline & Trenchless Corp. will take every precaution to minimize disruption, but
there may be some inconvenience during the course of work, including traffic delays, parking restrictions, sidewalk
closures, construction noise and odor.
Portions of roadways and sidewalks may be temporarily closed during the work, but vehicle and pedestrian access to
property will be maintained. All roadways that connect to Marylinn Drive will remain open but may be subject to
delays. On-street parking restrictions and lane closures may be in effect during portions of the work. No-
Parking/Tow Away signage will be placed in advance to notify the neighborhood where on-street parking will be
restricted.
There will be no impact to the sanitary sewer service at your home or establishment during the construction; however,
contractors will notify you if use restrictions are necessary during certain pipe lining operations.
