Project Description:
A Site Development Permit to develop a new 4,224-square foot single-family residence and 730-square foot attached garage on a vacant 4.67-acre hillside lot located in the R1-H Single-Family Residential-Hillside Zoning District at 489 Vista Ridge Drive. The proposed two-story residence is designed in a Mediterranean style and will have a total of five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one-half bathroom with six parking stalls and associated landscaping improvements.

CEQA:  The project is considered categorically exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) and as a separate and independent basis Section 15183 (Projects Consistent with a Community Plan, General Plan, or Zoning).
