New Multi-Family Affordable Housing Development – 308 Sango Court: A Site Development Permit, Density Bonus Permit, and Environmental Assessment to allow the demolition of an existing industrial building, removal of three protected trees, and development of a six-story, multifamily residential building with up to 85 below-market-rate dwelling units, a ground-floor parking garage with 48 vehicle spaces, and 20,788 square feet of landscaped public and private open space, on a 1.11-acre parcel located at 308 Sango Court in the Transit Area Specific Plan (TASP) planning area.
CEQA: This project is categorically exempt from further environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15194 (Affordable Housing Exemption) and as a separate and independent basis, CEQA Guidelines Section 15195 (Residential Infill Exemption) and Section 15168 (c) (Program EIR).
