Social Services Case Management

 

Over the years, the City of Milpitas has helped connect hundreds of low-income seniors connect with free and affordable resources. Now we are proud to expand this valuable service, offering friendly help to all Milpitas residents in need!

Our Social Services Coordinator can connect you with financial aid, health care, caregiving, food resources, housing options, mental health resources, home repair, legal services, tax services and more! All case management appointments are currently offered over the phone and via video chat. Saturday and evening appointments are available.

Charu Aggarwal joined us as our full-time Social Services Coordinator on October 2020. Charu has more than 20 years of experience in case management and social services programming, managing programs to serve culturally diverse, low-come families, developing resource events, and partnering with schools, libraries, clinics, public agencies and nonprofits to serve the community.
