Sal Cracolice Building

The Sal Cracolice Building is the new addition to the Milpitas Recreation venues, opened in May 2016. The building is located at Bob McGuire Park in the new urban BART transit area. Bob McGuire has two play grounds, picnic tables, outdoor amphitheater, and tennis courts. The building, picnic area, and amphitheater are separate facilities. The building has 4 available rooms to rent, the auditorium, conference room, and 2 classrooms. The Auditorium holds up to 80 people and comes with a built in projector screen which is perfect for social gatherings and meetings.

Reservations can be made up to a year in advance of the proposed date by Milpitas residents and up to 6 months in advance by non-residents. Reservations must be made in person. Reservations require the deposit and a non-refundable Application Fee to secure the date. A rental date transfer request will assess $100 transfer fee. All fees and facility rules and regulations are subject to change.

Please Note:

Additional Facility Attendant may be required for room rentals depending on event and/or other activities taking place in the facility. Additional fees are required should alcohol be served/sold.

Cancellation Policy: Facility cancellation must be done in writing on forms provided by Recreation Services. Cancellation forms will be accepted in person only. Mail or phone cancellations will not be accepted. Photo identification is required for cancellations. Please note: All facility application cancellations will forfeit the $30 application fee.

• Full refund of deposit will be granted, provided a cancellation is made within 91 days or more of the rental date.
• If cancellation is made with more than 46-89 days prior to rental date, 50% of deposit will be forfeited.
• If cancellation is made with 45 days or less prior to rental date, 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
