Hall Park’s notable feature is the Lower Penitencia Creek, which divides the park into two distinct sections. The eastern portion is bustling with tennis, playgrounds, picnic areas and a popular soccer field shared with neighboring Curtner Elementary. The western portion, accessible via footbridge, features two lagoons, ringed by trails and benches and perfect for birdwatching.
