The City of Milpitas Recreation Services offer Adult Sports Leagues in Basketball, Volleyball and Softball. All leagues consist of up to 7 teams and play a 6 game season plus playoffs. Ages 18+ years.
Team Registration:
Registration packets for adult basketball, volleyball and softball leagues can be picked up at the Milpitas Sports Center or Milpitas Community Center, or download below. Registration materials will only be accepted at the Milpitas Sports Center.
League Fees: (Basketball, Volleyball and Softball)
$500 per Team, plus $10 per non-Milpitas resident player on the team.
