Staff will not review your application until fees are paid in full. After intake of your application, staff will provide you with an invoice. Fees can be paid:

Housing Affordability Requirements
As specified by Milpitas Municipal Code (Title XII – Chapter 1 Inclusionary Housing) – all residential projects with ten (10) or more dwelling units (excluding ADUs) are subject to a mandatory 15% affordable housing requirement.
