2022-2023 Building Fee Schedule became effective July 1, 2022, for the new fees.
2022 California Building Codes will become effective starting January 1, 2023.
Residential Building Incentive Program became effective August 21, 2019. The City had developed a discount program to promote health, safety, and welfare in the community. These are 50% discounts for all residential customers seeking building permits to replace water heaters, furnaces and air conditioning units, and to install solar photovoltaic or thermal systems.
