Classification and Compensation works to provide quality service and support in the fair and consistent evaluation of job specifications and equitable compensation. Human Resources staff work with department managers to develop and update existing job specs; conduct compensation studies; conduct desk audits and perform analyses to determine correct classification;  provide guidance in interpreting and applying policies, procedures, MOU contract language and state and federal laws.
