Community Outreach Projects: Arbor Day, Lend-A-Tool Program, Milpitas Town Hall Event, National Night Out - Expansion of the Neighborhood Watch Program Neighborhood Adoption Program Neighborhood Beautification Awards Volunteer Program - Graffiti Terminators Founded in 1954, the Community Advisory Commission (CAC) serves as an advisory body to the City Council on matters affecting Milpitas citizens. We focus on City policies relating to community improvement such as neighborhood beautification and safety. This Commission meets the first Wednesday of every month in the Committee Room on the first floor of City Hall at 7 pm. The public is invited to attend. As your voice to the City Council, the CAC is interested in your opinion regarding our community.
