“Go Electric, Milpitas!” Helps Milpitas Residents Save While Going Green 

It’s never been easier or cheaper for you to electrify your home! Milpitas’ newest program, “Go Electric, Milpitas!”, gives Milpitas residents exclusive access to $3,600+ in add-on rebates on top of the approximately $13,000 already available through Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE). Funding for the program is provided by the US Department of Energy State and Community Programs while made possible by the Office of Congressman Ro Khanna. 

Switching from gas to electric appliances contributes to a safer and healthier home while reducing your carbon footprint, but we understand it can be a daunting process. Not sure where to start? Stop by the Permit Center in City Hall every Tuesday between 1 PM and 5 PM to get your questions answered by City staff and build an electrification plan that’s right for you.
